Terms & Conditions – KendriQ Hair Welcome to zalox Group PTY LTD t\a KendriQ Hair! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://kendriqhair.co.za ), as well as your engagement with our services, products, and bookings, whether online or in person. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 1. Bookings & Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system, website, or direct contact. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. 2. Products & Wigs We offer custom-made wigs and ready-to-wear units made with 100% human hair unless otherwise stated. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to screen resolution, lighting, or styling. All sales of wigs, hair bundles, or customized products are final and non-refundable, due to hygiene and customization. 3. Payments We accept payment via EFT, card, or secure online gateways (flutterwave). All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will retain their quoted rate. 4. Refunds & Returns Due to the nature of our services and hygiene regulations, no refunds or exchanges are offered on used wigs, hair extensions, or custom services. If a product is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange an exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any exchange. 5. Shipping & Delivery We ship nationwide in South Africa and to select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability; delays caused by couriers are beyond our control. 6. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking or placing orders. Please follow all care instructions for wigs and hair products provided by us. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care or third-party alterations. 7. Intellectual Property All website content (logos, text, images, videos, product names) is the property of Zalox Group Pty Ltd t\a KendriQ Hair and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission. 8. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 9. Limitation of Liability While we take every care in our work and product offerings, KendriQ Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and POPIA. Any disputes shall be handled in South African courts. 11.
